As part of its educational presentation series for seniors and families, The Lodge at Grand Junction Senior Living will host a free talk, “Stress Less for the Holidays,” by Annette and Ada Stadelman of Annette and Ada’s Academy for Personal Development. The talk will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21, at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, but an RSVP is requested at 970-716-6162.
The holidays present a dizzying array of demands — family, parties, shopping, baking, cleaning and entertaining, to name just a few – that can lead to stress and depression. Annette and Ada will give a short presentation on managing holiday stress, which will be followed by an opportunity to address your specific questions and concerns so your holidays CAN be happy.
The Lodge at Grand Junction is located at 2656 Patterson Road in Grand Junction.
